Job Summary

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and plating food with consistency, speed, and care. You’ll work alongside chefs and fellow cooks in a clean, organized, and respectful kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen in a timely and visually appealing manner.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Assist with prep work and restocking as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen equipment, techniques, and safety practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Team-player attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work eveningss, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must speak English and or /Spanish.
